This is my go-to when my son has a poor diaper rash! It’s easy to apply, and comes off quickly (for parents of course). 99% this takes care of his rash! I felt comfortable using it when he was a newborn, and continue to use it 13+months later!

This was recommended by our pediatrician to not only use when our little guy has diaper rash, but to prevent it in the first place. It creates a barrier to protect his little tush and we see it working well.

It is a little messy to deal with but well worth the aggravation as it WORKS !! No pain; no tears. Worth every penny and then some. perfect skin barrier. This works real well at controlling rashes on the skin.

My daughter is 3 and I still use this product. You can feel the thick consistency and you know it will do the job. The maximum strength gets the job done within a day and the redness starts to go away. I would recommend this to every parent!

What happened to the maximum strength desitin in a jar I like this product for my mother who is bed ridden and go th hru the tubes to quickly which ends up costing so much more

It really helps with diaper rash, BUT they have taken the original formula and added fragrance which is horrible. I would rather smell the pure zinc oxide without the perfume smell.

Best stuff around. Always treats diaper rash within a day! Prefer to buy this over any other I've ever tried. A little pricey but nothing we cant afford

Heavy. A bit Harder to get off, even in tub. but works well! Only need to use a couple times a day works within a couple days. I would like to see it in travel size and maybe even with some hand wipes to use personally. Highly recommend!

Rashes don't stand a chance with destin, especially the stronger strength. We used it on all of our babies and rashes as they got older in football etc. The zink oxide does wonders at relieving pain and making a rash disappear.
