Don’t bother with the regular strength stuff. This is the highest zinc oxide content on the market and it knocks out typical diaper rash like nobody’s business.

Heavy. A bit Harder to get off, even in tub. but works well! Only need to use a couple times a day works within a couple days. I would like to see it in travel size and maybe even with some hand wipes to use personally. Highly recommend!

Desitin is great for rashes and soothes the child’s skin. It is affordable and easy to use and apply and the smell is soothing also. The pros are it’s good for exactly what it says it’s good for.
