We don't use it too often but we bought the big tub of this as it lasts longer. Works really well for us, but I'll be looking for an alternative next time.

This is the only ointment I would buy when my daughter had a bad diaper rash. I would use the desitin and give her a warm oatmeal bath and it would be gone the next day

Desitin works wonders on my son's diaper rashes. I literally would not use anything else for them. It'll clear it to completely within a couple of days.

It’s very thick but it works quickly. My daughter just had some redness that I thought was the beginnings of a diaper rash and this took away the redness immediately. So I bet it works great if a baby actually does have a diaper rash.
