This product has been around for a long time and it works. It is smooth to apply and seems to last a good while. It is also affordable. I do sometimes prefer aquaphor but this is a close second.

This butt cream is my absolute favorite! I run to this everytime my son gets a rash. Ive tried other products and this one has to my go to. Never leaves left over cream on him and heals his rash within a few days.

Although our little one does not get diaper rashes easily or often we resort to Destin Max Strength when he does. When using we only have to apply a small (dime size) amount of cream for one or two days before rash is completely disappeared.

I think the best of this product wym ! Dince it is maximum strength i would use it when i see my child’s bum pretty red and irritated from all the eiping. I apply to this once and the redness is gone that same day !
