I know that usually diaper rash cream should be applied liberally, but I feel like a little goes a long way with this one. It did go on pretty smooth even though it’s quite thick. If you’re having a hard time washing it off, I recommend a little warmed unrefined organic coconut oil or olive oil. It will dissolve and dilute the ointment and make it easier to wash off with soap and water.

This works great. Most of the time if my son has a small rash and we put this on it is cleared up by the next diaper change. That is if it not a bad rash. More intense rashes usually take about 24 hours to clear up with this. Just make sure baby's bottom is dry before putting it on.

I love love this product. When my baby has had diaper rashes this takes it away within hours of applying. And a little goes a long way and it lasts forever. Destin Maximum Strength is my go to. He doesn’t get them often but I am always prepared just in case he does.

We have used quite the verity of butt paste for our little one especially as a new born however desitin is the one diaper rash paste that I think works well every-time and helps easy the pain/redness for your little one the best. This is something I think every parent should always have on hand in the diaper bag.

Works wonders! Although it feels kind of gross on your finger, it works wonders for your baby. Usually the rash will be gone within one day, and/or night! It does not come off easy, so you do not have to keep reapplying it! 5/5 would recommended to every parent!!

Whenever my baby has a diaper rash, I would apply this on the inflamed area and the next diaper change there was a significant change. It’s a thick, smooth paste that covers well and stays on the skin. It’s helped even the worst diaper rash the next day the rash would be mostly gone. I highly recommend this product !

My son gets diaper rashes often and Desitin Maximum Strength is the only diaper cream that works!  His rashes tend to get very irritated almost to the point of bleeding at times but as soon as I put the Desitin I notice a difference within one diaper change.  This is the only cream that I buy because of how well and fast it works.

Destin is a great budget friendly and baby friendly product that I would recommend and buy religiously. It works great and fast, so babies bottoms are fresh and healed quickly. It's right up there with triple paste but at a better cost, so I would recommend this to anyone who needs a good cream that won't hurt your wallet.

This works great for ridding your child of itchy, uncomfortable diaper rashes. Very effective and I feel like the redness and puffiness dissipates with even one application depending on the severity. Definitely a preferred rash treatment for our family!

Destin is always a great diaper rash cream in my opinion. But for those extra rough diaper rashes, I go for a triple paste or a vaseline based ointment. I use destin for the milder diaper rashes. I'd definitely reccomend it as a go to. But I have 5 children and have seen some pretty gnarly diaper rashes in my day. So I would definitely reccomend a triple paste or vaseline based ointment for the rougher rashes. Especially when baby is sick!
