So far from all of the diaper rash creams I have used this one is the best in my opinion. It never fails to do its job and seems to soothe my daughter as well. :) I have no cons to list only Pros.  It is the best thing around when it comes to diaper rash creams.

Thankfully my baby never had a diaper rash , and all the credits go to Desirin Maximum Stenght! I use it in every diaper change to prevent any rash! We always buy the pack of three to save some money! Definitely one of thing I can’t live without! 100% Recommended!

I like this diaper rash cream because of its consistency. It last long enough to bring relief to my baby and his skin absorbs it as if it was a moisturizing lotion so a little bit goes a long way. Its inexpensive so ofcourse this would be my go to product for my babies!

My daughter used to get really bad diaper rash and this is the only cream that would work! I’ve tried everything and it would literally cause her rash to get worse. But this cream healed it all within 2 days. I was so happy to have found this product.

My favorite brand! It is the most affordable and most effective I believe! I will never need to switch to another brand. We have never had any problems. This product is always applied to my kids bottoms and they don't like going without it. I would highly recommend!

This is absolutely the best baby butt cream. I use this every single night when I put her in her nighttime diaper and she never gets a diaper rash no matter how much she peas. If she ever gets a rash at daycare, I use this and it clears it up so fast. I won’t use anything else other than this at night and to clear any diaper rashes.

I recall my mother using desitin on my brother when he was a baby I remember helping out and changing his diaper and applied desitin anytime he had some diaper rash. The consistency was thick and a little went a long way. His rash was cleared up very quickly and this ointment was extremely soothing

This product works great when baby has a red bottom. Super thick so it doesn’t rub off easily which means the product stays on longer and acts as a barrier against anything else drying out or further irritating the skin. Will definitely purchase again

This product was recommended by our pediatrician following redness on our baby's bottom around 2 months. After just one day of use- his bottom already appeared pink instead of red. I would recommend to anyone needed a safe and clean diaper rash product. 

My almost two year old just woke up screaming with the worst case of diaper rash I have ever seen. He rarely gets diaper rash, but this case was awful...red, raw, and if you even touched it he screamed in pain. After he finally let us soak his bum in the tub to clean it, we put a heaping amount of paste on him...instant relief! "Boo boo better" he proclaimed! I can rest easy tonight knowing that he will wake up with it almost completely gone. We have only used Desitin Max on our two babies at the recommendation of the NICU nurses who cared for our first born. When our youngest was born this summer, we had issues with yeasty areas in his skin folds. Live and learn, he got Desitin to all his creases and folds after every bath, and it quickly solved the issue. As a nurse and mother of two, I amazed at how great this product works, and quickly too! I give every expecting mother I know a large tube of Desitin Max and tell them not to bother ever using anything else...it's the best!
