I think that the maximum strength desiring is so much better than the original. I’ll use the regular kind if my son’s skin isn’t too red, but if he has a bad diaper rash this is my go to because the maximum strength lasts longer and works faster to soothe his butt.

The one diaper cream I stand by. I have two kids and I've used it with both. The tub is is the best but it is not for traveling convenience. You can clear up diaper rash with this product in one day. I would recommend to anyone that has babies or expecting.

The best for bad diaper rashes! When my daughter is teething this is our go too and the rash is almost gone overnight! There’s a ton of brands on the market now, but why mess with a classic! I’ve used this with both girls and it’s never let me down. 

This is a really good product clears up diaper rash really quick and completely prevent said if you use it Ahead of time The only thing I don’t like about this product is that the smell is horrible but I haven’t really smelled a diaper cream that smells good but this just smelled extra bad but it does get the job done

I have used this product on my son and it helped out alot and I would buy again if I had to. It did meet our expectations of the product. I dont want them to change this product. This a affordable item to have on hand for your baby. Yes I would recommend this for parents

Love this product so much! Heals baby’s rash super fast, and she is obviously less fussy when this is applied, because it really does quickly relieve the discomfort from the rash. This stuff is OLD SCHOOL. I know I can always count on it to clear up my son‚Äôs diaper rash, no matter how severe. My son can get them REALLY BAD and it‚Äôs so sad to see him uncomfortable :( but I know that when I use this stuff, I can rely on the rash being gone within 48hrs. 

Best rash ointment ever. Most brands don‚Äôt work for my kids. However this brand always gets the job done. I‚Äôve used it for minor and major rashes and I‚Äôve never had any problems with it. I also love that the tube lasts. The tube I currently have, I bought before I and my youngest and he‚Äôs two and half months old. Would highly recommend 

When my son was a newborn he had a couple occasions where he got a bad enough diaper rash that it actually chapped and blistered his poor little bum! I tried multiple creams and even different desitin kinds and this particular one worked amazing! His red bum was cleared up within 2-3 days!
