For myself personally I am a Destin mama, when in need of a effective diaper rash cream I always go to Destin because it clears it up within 1 to 2 diaper changes. Every time I apply it to my son's skin I can tell that he gets relief as soon as it touches him. I recommend this to The Mamas that's babies may have upset stomachs and it's a pretty scorchy rash.

Desitin maximum strength original zinc oxide paste works wonders and very cheap. I love Desitin maximum strength paste because it has always worked and heals up their diaper rashes quickly. I would absolutely recommend Desitin maximum strength original zinc oxide paste.

Omg I love this paste, it instantly starts to work when my daughter was in the nicu I seen the nurses was using it to prevent the diaper rash. As my daughter is getting older she has been getting rashes so I remembered the DESITIN from the NICU. It’s a instant relief for my baby girl and it works extremely fast, definitely have not worried about a diaper rash in awhile

I honestly love this cream for my daughter when she has diaper rash. It’s probably the only cream that’s ever helped besides another brand, but it does cost a little much for the amount that you get, but the packaging is very easy to use. It’s either a tube or a tub. This one is better than the blue one.

My baby had a horrible diaper rash when she was born and her skin was raw and red it was horrible. The nurses told me it was normal but I knew it wasn’t okay. The maximum strength Desitin helped so much to heal her rash and bring her skin back to normal fast!

This one was my absolute favorite while my kids were younger specially sometimes when using different brands of diapers they tend to have rashes more at least for my kids. I saw a notable difference between this one and other brands since it was so much more effective.

There is little to no scent for this cream and the texture is very thick creating a proper barrier. The packaging is very easy to get open and a little of the cream goes a long way which is a very good value for the money. This is the only diaper cream that is effective within 24 hours for my children.

I have always used Desitin. It's easy to find and for the price, I think it's a great product. I use it on my daughter and it clears up her diaper rash really fast. It definitely met my expectations and I would recommend it to other parents! It's doesn't leave a sticky feeling either.
