Desitin is my second-favorite baby rash diaper cream I think it's good for babies who have sensitive skin but also does the trick I seen that it works great if you put a little on when you first see the diaper rash coming or actually every time you change the baby's diaper to actually prevent it you know you don't need a whole lot just a little tiny down for that and I guess that's all I can really say about it

Great great for diapers rashes, and relieves them fairly quickly! Not too overpowering with the scent which is nice. I have not used other brands so I can’t give any comparisons. I like this brand, so I’ll stick with it until something better catches my eye.

I LOVE this stuff and so many of my friends agree. It is the only thing that will get rid of a rash for my kids. Must get the maximum in the purple tube. I promise you won’t regret it and I have tried a ton of different rash creams but this one does the trick!

About a month ago my poor babe started getting diaper rash. We have tried a few different creams but nothing kicks the redness as fast as Desitin! I’m so thankful that it was gifted to us and we had it on hand when we needed it! I’ve since stocked up to make sure we have one everywhere we might need it!

When ever my son has a diaper rash this is always my go too. Desitin is a very affordable brand in my opinion and it is soft scented and it is a thick formula which in my opinion worked better to clear the rash. I will always turn to the maximum strength one since it always worked for us.

I have been using this for years I have a twenty four year old son and a four year old and I remember using this on my twenty four year old and it worked great on him as well as my four year old they never suffered from diaper rash not once, I really recommend this great product

After I notice my little one getting a diaper rash, I immediately get this out because it is SO effective in treating rash quickly. The formula is thick so it really coats the rash and keeps moisture out. I love to have this on hand in case of emergencies! I even used it every day when he was really little to help prevent anything from happening. 

Desitin Maximum Strength Diaper Rash Cream With Zinc Oxide 16 Oz works wonders on my son . Mixed with some baby powder it gets those bumps right off especially after showering soothing as he doesn’t cry afterwards and I see no burning so that’s good

This is, by far, THE best diaper rash cream available. As a Family Practice Physician Assistant (and Mom), I routinely recommend this product to parents of my patients. I was very disappointed to learn the 16oz tub had been discontinued as it is very convenient to have at my baby’s changing station. The small tubes are always getting lost. Please bring back the 16oz tubs!!!!

I use this all the time for multiple things. I put it on my hands at night with lotion mixed it to heal my dry cracked skin. I used it when my son was a baby as well. He would get horrible diaper rashes because he had sensitive skin. It was the only cream that would heal him.
