I've diapered 3 kids over 7 years...and counting! Hands down the Desitin Extra Strength is the best diaper rash ointment. We've used the regular strength, but for the same price it makes more sense to get the extra strength. Clears up any redness overnight!

Love this stuff, it's always such a quick diaper rash reliever. I won't even bother with any other brands or other versions of it, I do wish the tube came in a jar, and it might, I just haven't come across it. This is a great product though, I'm so grateful our pediatrician recommended it when my baby girl was having a hard time getting over her rash

The only reason this does not get a 5 star rating is that is does not come in enough sizes. There is only one size tube. I like having multiple tubes for multiple reasons... diaper bag, needs to be smaller, home use needs to be larger and a travel size to keep in my purse would be great. 

We love this diaper rash cream. There are so many expensive creams out there that seem to do the same exact thing as this one does. It clears up any diaper rash we have had thus far. We keep one one hand at all times, even use it in between diaper changes just as a precaution.

I love this product because it really does work. My family and i have used desitin for years. It brings relief and some comfort to my child. It always meets my expectations and is very inexpensive. Ive even you'd it on myself because it really does help. Try it out, you won't be sorry you did.

What happened to Desitin?....it used to be great....I used it for each of my 8 children....now when I have my grandchildren it is a totally different product...it is watery and doesn’t spread on the skin...i raved about it any my baby moms wonder how I ever used it....what did you do to make it so bad?

Purchased this cream after trying another brand. This one really works great! It cleared my child's diaper rash in no time flat. Its smooth and creamy which made it very easy to apply and a little goes a long way. I'm very satisfied with this product and would purchase again!

Usually I try to wait for my baby's bottom to dry before putting the rash cream or the diaper back on (so the rash can heal faster). But sometimes, at the middle of the night, I just want to go back to sleep. So I put the diaper rash cream after wiping his bottom and by the morning he is good!

Love this stuff. Use it on every diaper rash my child has had! I think the price is comparable to other brands. I think bigger tubes would be great. Never have had an issue with this stuff, in fact have a tube in my son’s diaper bag right now! Definitely recommend it!
