I have used this since my second daughter was born, which was 2 years ago. It works every time without fail. I always like to air the area after applying the cream to help with the burning sensation. She has never complained about it, and she has sensitive skin. This has lasted me for 2 years with occasional use, so I don't think I will need to buy another one ! Great product!

We are the family who also prefer to have 16 oz jar of this product. It treats our daughter's diaper rash so quickly and effectively. This is a great product and would be 5 stars if the 16 oz is still available. Please bring 16 oz jar of maximum strength original paste back to the market.

A must have for moms. Be prepared for the dispute rashes. Especially during the phase of introducing foods. I don't know why but both my kids broke it any time they had apples and this cleared their little butt right up! Worth the money. Well made product.

This item works the exact same way as regular design. My kids enjoy relief when they had rashes. This item is expensive if your on a budget but something worth the extra money for your babies bottoms. I am a very satisfies and recommend this product to everyone

Very rarely does my girl get diaper rash.... but when she does this is my go too. It is fairly priced and has a thick consistency which is probaly why it works so well. My daughter has sensitive skin and this doesnt further the irritation with her little booty, and clears up any rash she has ever had with one to two applications.

This works amazing, i only use it when my baby has diaper rash and by the next diaper change you can already see the redness reduce incredibly. I really like this desitin product and it is my go to for diaper rashes because it is affordable and accesible and it really works well.

The BEST diaper rash cream EVER! My entire family swears by Desitin Maximum Strength. It's not super affordable, but if you get the big tub of it you can make it stretch a while. It's great for bad rashes. Our littles used to get bad rashes with certain diapers so we'd smother it with this and it'd be gone within a day.

I don't know who decided to get rid of the big tub, but you should fire them. If someone thinks this will drum up more business (or profits) by making us buy the smaller tubes you're wrong. However until you bring the tub back we will not be buying Desitin sadly because we have no use for tubes (we use a spatula to paste our baby's butt!) Bring it back now, and I will amend my review and make it 5 stars.

10/10 recommend, I use this when baby has developed a rash overnight and is really red or when A rash is coming in a little stronger than normal and it always clears it right up everytime. Never had a problem with the formula on baby’s skin or had a rsh just not go away.

My daughter had a really bad rash and I bought some of this and later in the morning it was already cleared up so much better that redness was gone and was pink now I recommend this product to all babies. If it wasn’t for Desitin my daughter would still be in pain and crying . Make sure to give your baby a bath and then let them air dry and then apply the desitin on there rash!!!
