This is our favorite diaper rash cream for the babies. It has helped treat and prevent diaper rashes. Once we put this on, it works immediately and you can see reduced rash or completely eliminates the rash by next diaper change. It works like magic! We’ve repurchased this a few times already and highly recommend this product!

Holy cow my baby had the worst rash from amoxicillin. It was so sad. He was pooping every few hours and it wa straight acid and burned his bottom. Just a couple applications of this stuff and it was so much better. Again a little pricey but worth every penny. 

In my opinion, this is one of the very best diaper rash creams available! It does an excellent job of preventing diaper rash. It also does a great job preventing existing rashes from getting worse. I love the way it smells for some reason. Keeping it handy!

Desitin is the product we keep on-hand for toddler butt emergencies!  They're fewer and farther between as The Boy gets older, but we always have a tube in the house just in case.  Nothing's more reliable at covering and protecting the affected area.

Destin maximum strength is honestly in my opinion the best diaper cream out there it’s inexpensive and it does the trick. When my daughter would get a bad rash I would use this and seriously her rash would be gone practically over night. I highly recommend this!

I love all of Destins ointments! I‚Äôm so thankful I received many as gifts and I have purchased them myself too! Other ointments have not done as well on my daughters sensitive skin! Great price also for how much it helps our babies! Will definitely be buying more. 

We have used this diaper rash cream on our baby since he was little! Definitely affordable and lasts a long time! You dont need too much to apply as it is a thick paste. I feel it helps my babys bum and gives it a bit of a relief. It does have a tiny smell to it but it doesnt bother me

My daughter gets diaper rash very easily no matter the diaper brand and I have found over the past 2 years that the Destin max strength cream is the only diaper cream I have used that will 100% clear up her rash and do it fast too. It’s very noticeable that it helps even within one diaper change.

This is the only cream I will use for my son, and for myself as well! It works great; between 1-2 days, and the rash is gone! So for the price it‚Äôs absolutely worth it! And my baby didn‚Äôt even care when I put it on him. It does stick though, so if you are just going to use your fingers, make sure you have some wipes nearby to get it off!
