My family has always used Desitin for all of the kids. I’d have to say since growing up with a mom who babysat many kids that this Desitin is not the same. It is thinner, it easily wipes off my finger and rinses off with water. I remember it being sticky and making my fingers waterproof. When I go to change my daughters diaper after 2hrs all the Desitin is gone and did not leave a protective barrier. Despite applying generously at every diaper change she still ended up with a diaper rash and she is only 1.5 months old! Desitin used to be a brand our whole family trusted and used. What happened?

Great for hard to handle rashes. Easy to apply, and soaks in quickly for quick acting help to the affected area. Would definitely buy it again. Got rid of diaper rash faster than i have ever seen! Great buy if you have a baby with frequent diaper rashes or sensitive skin.

Works wonders on sensative skin. Thick application directly on diaper areas that are red and inflamed will effectively soothe the skin until the next diaper change and usually redness clears up but I tend to reapply for 2 or 3 diaper changes with a thick amount applied so that the rashiness goes away. Love this stuff and the tub lasts and lasts! Definitely a must have for diaper rash prone babies who have sensative skin issues.

I got this when my son as first born and have barely made a dent in this huge jar. This is an amazing cream that works very well to relieve diaper rash. If my son is a little red to even having a bad rash this clears him up within hours or overnight. This is a must have if you have a baby!’

I like this diaper rash cream because of its consistency. It last long enough to bring relief to my baby and his skin absorbs it as if it was a moisturizing lotion so a little bit goes a long way. Its inexpensive so ofcourse this would be my go to product for my babies!

This my number one cream, love it so much, it is very thick and prevents my baby to feel the terrible painful rash, but we moms know how painful it is have to clean our babies with a rash, I trust this one and I use every diaper change!!! I usually buy the big one!

This works AMAZING for severe diaper rash! With just one use, I could notice a drastic improvement. The rash was far less red and angry looking and seemed to make my babies more comfortable with use. I luckily didnt deal with diaper rash often but when I did, this was my go to.

This was so helpful and is the only rash cream I used on my daughter. It was very effective and quick acting. Other creams would make the rash ten times worse once I bought this I was so happily surprised it worked so well I threw out the other Brands, I only buy this one!

I really like Desitin Maximus Strength. I used it in both of my kids and I was really satisfied. It looks like they like it too because now they ask for it every time they need it. It works fast, and the price is reasonable. I would totally recommend it.

This is by far the best diaper rash cream product out there. As far as effectiveness goes this is IT. My daughter gets diaper rashes often due to super sensitive skin and the minute I put this on her rash is gone the next diaper change. It’s a CLASSIC.
