This cream Took my daughters diaper rash away over night! I only gave it 4 stars because I do not really like the way that it rubs on. It seems to thick. Overall, it is a good diaper rash ointment. I would definitsly use on my baby girl again if I need to! 

The best diaper rash cream you can ever get and so much better than the other. Its pretty affordable and does ehat it says. You can see the difference from day one itself. The consistency is think. I wish it had a noce smell to it. Definitely recommend this to everyone

Works well. Got a box of sample size packets. This works great when traveling since the packets are less than 2oz and you can put them in your carry-on on a plane. You can just toss the packet after application. Usually clears up the diaper rash by the end of the day. 

Very good diaper rash cream. My baby had a severe rash and I could see improvement with just one application of Destin. Within 3 days the diaper rash had completely healed and baby was back to playing as normal. I would recommend this product to anyone with a baby.

Don't have to goop on to get a good product spread. Definitely met my expectations, cut the diaper rash time in half it seemed! I don't think you can improve this product. It's affordable for sure but even if it was pricey I'd buy it just because I know it works. I would buy again but I can't have more children, would reccomend to friends though!!!

I always keep Desitin maximum strength baby cream on hand. Having a child with a bad butt rash is no fun and I can say that this stuff works!! I can put it on my child at night and by the next morning, his butt rash is basically gone! This cream puts a nice coating to help protect the rash from getting any worse.

This is a great barrier cream for diaper rash. It coats well and provides great protection to the irritated skin.  This has always been my go to for my little girl. When my little girl was born she spent 7 weeks in the NICU and during part of that time she had needed something and Desitin was their cream of choice. It worked wonderfully for her so I‚Äôve always continued to use it over all other brands whenever needed. 

This stuff is OLD SCHOOL. I know I can always count on it to clear up my son‚Äôs diaper rash, no matter how severe. My son can get them REALLY BAD and it‚Äôs so sad to see him uncomfortable :( but I know that when I use this stuff, I can rely on the rash being gone within 48hrs. 

This product really helped my baby when she ended up having a really bad rash I would put some on my baby after I clean her & make sure I put enough and the cream would work really good and fast , I recommend it will make the baby feel better super fast atleast mine did

This is the best diaper rash cream I have ever used, and I have used my fair share. It works the fastest and doesn't irritate the skin. It's quick and easy to apply and helps after just one use. This is for sure my go-to diaper rash product for all of my kids.
