My almost two year old just woke up screaming with the worst case of diaper rash I have ever seen. He rarely gets diaper rash, but this case was awful...red, raw, and if you even touched it he screamed in pain. After he finally let us soak his bum in the tub to clean it, we put a heaping amount of paste on him...instant relief! "Boo boo better" he proclaimed! I can rest easy tonight knowing that he will wake up with it almost completely gone. We have only used Desitin Max on our two babies at the recommendation of the NICU nurses who cared for our first born. When our youngest was born this summer, we had issues with yeasty areas in his skin folds. Live and learn, he got Desitin to all his creases and folds after every bath, and it quickly solved the issue. As a nurse and mother of two, I amazed at how great this product works, and quickly too! I give every expecting mother I know a large tube of Desitin Max and tell them not to bother ever using anything else...it's the best!

This product really works! It actually helps instantly too even if the rash is pretty bad once you put this on it starts working right away and doesnt seem to burn or hurt when applying. It doesnt have a good or bad smell to it almost like sunscreen lol

It does wonders, I do not know at what moment my son started with chronic chafing, but this cream really was his salvation, it really helped him too much, the change was noticed as soon as I started using it, now it is indispensable in my home, the truth is I feel very happy that it really serves my son and does not need too much product, if they ask me if I recommend it, what if and if I will also buy it again

You can try buying other brands but they'll never work. Awesome is all I can say. ive tried other brands for my baby but without a doubt this is definitely the best smelling and keeps baby skin soft and smooth. I totally only buy this brand and I do definitely recommend it will fix issues quickly

I love this brand because everytime any of my kids got a rash it works immediately. Not only does it work immediately, you only need a tiny amount about the size of a pea pod to cover the butt and private area and the bottle last a very long time. It met my expectations and couldn't be more happier 

My son has always needed to use rash cream. He is very sensitive to a lot of different things. It is so effective. The texture is great. The scent is good. The value for this product is amazing and I love. It’s easy packaging anytime he gets a rash I can put it on him and it takes it away by the next time I have changed his diaper.

This always got rid of my kids diaper rashes within a day or two. I’ve tried other brands and they would do nothing while the rash would get worse, then we tried this and we haven’t swayed since. Not only is it affordable and inexpensive but it actually works.

Please bring back the 16 oz desitin maximum strength jar. The desitin rapid relief jar is too watery and does not protect from diaper rash. As the 16 oz jar is unavailable, J&J has left me no choice but to purchase from a competitor. I will continue to search for the 16 oz jars of maximum strength desitin but will not purchase the inconvenient 4/2oz tubes. Inconvenient for large families who use the product multiple times a day.

I have given birth to 4 children. But have been in charge of many in my life. And everyone has there own oppinion on what is the best. Now when we have had to use something it has always been Destin. It love this product because it is creamy,not gritty and thick. It is light but gives full coverage to what ever area needs the help. Unlike other products that you end up using for a couple of days at a time. I never have to use it for more than 1day at a time. I love Destin.

I use this cream when the original one doesn’t work. It clears the rash up pretty fast. It’s a thick paste and doesn’t just come off easily. It sticks pretty well. Smells good and the babies don’t mind it. Would recommend it if all other fail.
