I have a 13 year old and a almost 3 year old. Desitin had always been my go to brand for a diaper rash. I have tried other brands but they dont clear up a rash the same. Some of the worst rashes i have ever seen are gone in a day or 2 with desitin. You can also use it as a preventative measure so wont have to deal with a rash. Yes the white paste can get on everything if your baby moves a lot but any brand will have that problem. If your a new mother i would stock up on this.

This is a must have for your baby supply! I don't know what is in this thing, but it works miracle for my daughter's rashes! Not sure how we would survive without this thing. Lol. Between the extra strength and the normal kind, we didn't notice the difference besides this one has a stronger "fishy" smell.

We have used desitin for my daughter for almost two years. When she was a few months old she had to see a pediatric dermatologist, for another reason) and I asked about treating her diaper rash. The drs all agreed that desitin was the best. It has always worked for us.

This is the only diaper cream that has worked for both of my babies sensitive bums. My boy responds really well to this diaper rash paste! He was in the NICU and it's the brand the NICU nurses used, and we've been using it ever since. It's affordable compared to alternative and always works for us! We will continue to use it in the future. 

We love this diaper rash cream. There are so many expensive creams out there that seem to do the same exact thing as this one does. It clears up any diaper rash we have had thus far. We keep one one hand at all times, even use it in between diaper changes just as a precaution.

We don’t need diaper rash cream very often but when we do need it this cream never fails to do the job and super fast at that. Definitely recommend as a staple in your diaper bag even if your like us and end up throwing the tube out due to expiration before you’re able to use it all. Love that I can count on this cream to take care of my little babe when her tush gets raw.

My kids some how gets diaper rashes a lot when they were younger. Sometimes it got to the point their butt end up bleeding. I feel bad, because as a mom we want to make sure our kids aren't in pain.
