Between having talc and fragrance, I don't know which is worse! Certainly did not take into consideration sensitive skin by adding fragrance. And talc? Seriously why on earth did you put talc in this product? If it's causing ovarian cancer in women I can't imagine why it should belong in something you put on a baby! Never even opened the box, going to take it right back to the store and get my money back. No thanks. I'll find something else.

Great for diaper rashes powder can’t handle but expensive and can peel skin. Hey weaver it works. Protects the rash so baby doesn’t scream when they pee. Also seems to soothe the pain. It smells ok not too medicine like. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive.

This was the only cream that seemed to work for our youngest when he had terrible diaper rash. Exceeded our expectations and then some. Cleared up his diaper rash in a matter of days when it was awful and a matter of hours when it wasn't so bad! Very satisfied.

Whenever my young ones start to get a diaper rash, I use Desitin immediately. If used as soon as the irritation starts to show, it will clear up pretty much immediately. Sometimes it does take longer and a couple applications. The price is a little high but a tube seems to last forever. 

My little girl broke out so bad it was awful! This stuff helped so much till we could get in to her dr. Who endedup having to give her a rx. Cause she has such sensitiveskin. But now we use this at thre first sign of anything changing to prevent the rx meds again

I love Desitin and it really works well however the extra strength product has cod liver oil in it and I couldn’t get pass the fish smell. I use it for wounds that I have but…wow…the smell. It even stained my clothes and I can’t get the stain or the smell out.

I Used this when my daughters diaper rash was super bad just enough to where she was comfortable worked within 24 hours and baby was back to normal product come in just the right texture a little thick but it is a diaper rash cream overall will always reach for this in case of emergencies

Desitin Maximum Strength Original Zinc Oxide Paste Great for babies? I love the texture of the paste. It is colling while smoothing to a babies bottom. I guarantee it's if you clean the area apply a thin layer it will clear up any rash or irritation p

I recommend this Maximum Strength Diaper Rash Cream. It never disappointed me. When my son was a baby I would apply it with every diaper change to prevent any rash, and whenever he did get a rash because I forgot to apply it or something like that, I would just apply a very thick layer of Desitin and the next day he would be a lot better, sometimes like he didn’t have a rash at all. I wouldn’t leave the house without desitin in the diaper bag. Now he is older, 2 years old. I don’t use it every day, but if he does get a rash, I immediately resort to Desitin, and the problem is solved!

I recieved this for my baby shower and I'm so glad I got it. My son had gotten a small rash a few days after being born. I used this for a week and his rash went away. I would say it works just as well as Boudreau's Butt Cream. I make sure to have a tube of this at the changing table, the diaper bag, and I also have a spare tube, just in case!
