I have only used this brand. I dont need to try others when i found the right choice the first time. It isnt harsh. Its very soothing to my babys skin. I place it on her the first time I see the slightest bit of red. Also after bath time or right before bed. I put the smallest amount because it goes a long way.

After I notice my little one getting a diaper rash, I immediately get this out because it is SO effective in treating rash quickly. The formula is thick so it really coats the rash and keeps moisture out. I love to have this on hand in case of emergencies! I even used it every day when he was really little to help prevent anything from happening. 

Absolutely love this product it‚Äôs something I always carry with me I have tryed other but non have met my expectations like this one did it‚Äôs very affordable also it‚Äôs beyond my expectation it did a great job and I would definitely recommend it to anybody 

Great product! It work fast, it last long and super affordable. I more than met my expectations. It doesn't have a weird smell like some other cream. It does not necessarily say for sensitive skin, but it worked wonders on my baby with super sensitive skin condition.

We have tried several brands of ointment to relieve my son’s diaper rash only to find that Desitin is the only one to relieve him. It works quickly and is thick enough to stay in place and not go all over the place. We will not use any other brand now and a little bit goes a long way!

Great product for diaper rash! This is a must to have on hand. When my nephews were first born, their skin was so sensitive so this thick cream served as a barrier between their soft skin and the diaper. It's also hypoallergenic so didn't have any reactions!

Desitin is always one of my must get! It always proves to soothe and alleviate fast. Its components are very effective. I like Desitin Maximum Strength Diaper Rash Cream With Zinc Oxide 16 Oz because it lasts for a long time even though a little does a long way. I recommend Desitin Maximum Strength to soothe and also prevent future rash.

We always keep this on hand for when our baby gets a bad diaper rash. Becasue it is the max strength, it is not an everyday cream but it does help when he starts getting red down there. We were battling a very bad diaper rash and using this at every diaper change, it helped soothe his pain and cleared up in about a week.

This is what has always worked best for my baby girl, we normally cloth diaper but are in disposables a couple of times a month. When in disposables my girl tends to get rashes very easily and if not taken care of they will bleed very quickly. This is nice and thick and keeps her from getting bad. I keep this on hand for her. 

I originally started out using Desitin. I like the product and there are no real complaints. It definitely helps my son if he has a rash. I even (oddly) enjoy the scent of this rash cream. Compared to some other brands I have used this would be my 2nd option.
