When it comes to diaper rash you want the best of the best and this is it! I got this while we were in NICU and I love it. It's easier to go on and stays on for a long time. With in one to two uses any redness is completely gone and a happy baby with a baby mama!

I have given birth to 4 children. But have been in charge of many in my life. And everyone has there own oppinion on what is the best. Now when we have had to use something it has always been Destin. It love this product because it is creamy,not gritty and thick. It is light but gives full coverage to what ever area needs the help. Unlike other products that you end up using for a couple of days at a time. I never have to use it for more than 1day at a time. I love Destin.

I live in in London and like this product so much that I stock up on this every time I visit the U.S. or have visitors from the U.S. The tubs are so much more effective when you have a child that suffers from severe diaper rash. I usually need enough stock on this stuff to last me 6 months and now I'm having to buy so many tubes at a time which is just so wasteful and hard to use! I'd happily pay more just to have the tub back! The tubes are just too hard to use when you need to use a lot of product.

A must have for any parent! Upon seeing any redness, drying the area and applying a small amount (a little goes a long way) clears up the rash very quickly! One tube lasts a long time and is well worth the few dollars. I would recommend this to anyone with kiddos!

My favorite brand of rash cream for babies. It is always great to keep stocked near the diaper changing area or bathroom. It helps in healing diaper rash overnight. Cream is thick and easy to apply but will take little effort to wipe if off completely. I have used creams from different brands before, and this is by far the best one.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE 40% ZINC OXIDE IN 16 OZ JAR!!!! I hate the tubes and the only product you carry in the jar does not work for my daughter. There are applications where only 40% zinc oxide will work and the creamy rapid relief will not work at all. I have used the 40% extra strength for several years and am very dissappointed that it has been discontinued.

Everytime my kids or nephew's get a rash this is my go to cream starts working as soon as the first time applied and relieves diaper rash fast and clams down the pain compared to other diaper creams this is the best one I have tried by far and would recommend to all with babies

I've used desiring for years because I have carcinoid syndrome which causes constant diarrhea and consequently severe pain and skin breakdown. Desiring was the only cream that worked. It was thick and stayed in place. I stocked up and when I ran out and bought more I discovered the formula has changed. It's horrible. I bought the big jar and go through at least one a month. I will be looking for another brand now. I no longer consider your brand to be one I trust or would recommend.

This is the only diaper rash cream my family uses. I think it is very effective and can heal up diaper rash very quickly - within a day or so. It is also great as a preventative cream. The value is good - you get a lot of product for the price. I would recommend and plan to repurchase. 

Desitin saved my babies butt from the rash he was getting from wearing his diapers. Once i started using it the rash and chaffing quickly disappeared. My only complaint is that you have to apply it every diaper change. Other than that it works like a charm!
