This is my go to rash cream. It does it in one to two uses. It will keep his bottom dry and hydrated. If the skin is cracked, it will still heal the spot of rashing. I give it in baby showers and have never had any bad experience with this. It let me a long time because I wouldn’t have to use it often since it would cure the problem quickly. And it would take a while for him to get a rash again.

It is a great rash cream to prevent rash and once is in its initial stages. Once there is little redness or early signs of rash this rash cream works wonders and it seemed very soothing for my baby. The formula is thick so it doesn't get wiped off and stays to protect the skin from friction, wetness etc.

I recall my mother using desitin on my brother when he was a baby I remember helping out and changing his diaper and applied desitin anytime he had some diaper rash. The consistency was thick and a little went a long way. His rash was cleared up very quickly and this ointment was extremely soothing
