By far, the best cream I could have ever used for my son, he had a severe diaper rash a couple months ago, I was using the regular one back then until I switched to this maximum strength. His diaper rash improved in 2 days. You really don’t have to use much, a little goes a long way.

I have used this with all of my babies and I swear by it. It is the best butt cream out there. I literally put it on and it begins to heal within minutes. I would recommend this to every mom I know. This is a great paste that holds up even in the water. I am completely satisfied.

I absolutely love this product. It keeps my baby's sensitive skin protected during some bad summer diaper rashes! It heals better than any other product we have tried and is a staple in my diaper kit. Of everything we've tried, we had the most trouble finding a product that would protect through the overnights wet diapers but this does the trick and protects all night long!

Purple desitin is the only thing that works on my babies toughest diaper rash. She had a bad rash after honest company redid their diaper line. Such a bad rash that she was bleeding. My heart was broken for her because I couldn’t do anything about it other than changing her diaper brand and waiting. I bought a huge tub of this same Desitin for my son when he was 6 months old. He's a year old now and I still have about half of it left! My son had some pretty gnarly rashing when I had originally bought it and after a couple uses, he was completely healed up. I still use it here and there to keep rashes away. I've used two other name brand creams and a store brand diaper rash cream or two, but nothing touched the effectiveness of the Desitin. Absolutely worth the money, 10/10.

I really wanted to like Desitin because so many parents swear by it, and it does work well for diaper rash. But honestly, I just can’t get past the strong fishy smell. It’s overwhelming, and it lingers even after washing my hands. I wish it worked for us, but the scent is a dealbreaker.

When my kids were babies, this was my go to diaper paste. I always had a tube of this in the diaper bag. Still do, as we still have one child in diapers. Since it does have zinc oxide in it, it leaves a sticky white cast on the skin, so be sure to wipe your hands after use! Other than that, this does the job and is a great rash paste as well as preventative. 

Always my go to for diaper rash treatment and prevention. It works great and soothes and heals diaper rash quickly. It's in the middle price range of other competitors in the diaper cream business. It's worth the price for the quality and effectiveness of the cream.

Desitin has always helped relieve my children's diaper rashes. It is very affordable and you can get it anywhere. My children loved it the moment it I would put it on it was relief from the start. It 100% met my expectations and I recommend it to everybody that has little ones in diapers.
