I use this rash cream whenever my daughter gets diaper rashes. And you know what it works really well. her rash no matter how bad it will always make it go away. and it helps to relieve the rash pain she gets. The cream is also very thick so you only need a little bit and while last you a good while.  If anything i recommend this rash cream it is the best so far and will most definitely continue to use it.

This is my go to rash cream. It does it in one to two uses. It will keep his bottom dry and hydrated. If the skin is cracked, it will still heal the spot of rashing. Desitin is by far my first go to when it comes to diaper rashes. Less than 24hrs and you see nearly a 100% improvement. It does build up however so before applying again make sure the area is clean. In the summer it can cause more harm than good I feel.
