[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to try a free sample of Advil PM through Smiley360, I have occasional sleep issues and pain so I had hopes that this would help me get a good night sleep. I personally didn't get any help from it. I took 2 tablets before bed, laid down and relaxed hoping to fall to sleep, however it didn't work for me. I would recommend it to friends though because it may help them even though it didn't help me. These opinions are 100% my own.

I need to let you know that I received this product for free, but the opinions are all my own. I was happy when the package arrived and it was an Advil product. We have Advil in our Medicine cabinet and we've used it for many years for aches and pains, but I've never thought to try the Advil-PM. I got 2 packs of the 8 capsule, travel size containers. Adults take two at a time, so two of these are an eight day supply. The tablets are relatively small and easy to swallow, without any after taste. The container can easily fit in a purse, pocket or suitcase. So, I have fibro, arthritis and depression. All three cause, or make worse sleep issues. The physical pain from the fibro and arthritis can keep me up all night and the mental strain from dealing with the pain makes it next to impossible to fall asleep. I have medications that I can take for these problems, but all of them make me drowsy the next morning. I'm in such a fog that I really can't do anything for hours. A pot of coffee helps. So, I took the Advil PM for 7 days. It took me 45 minutes to 1 ½ hours to fall asleep. Compared to my other medications, that's good. After falling asleep I slept well, no weird dreams and only waking 3 or 4 times that week. This didn't take care of all of my pain, but it took the edge off enough that I could fall asleep and stay asleep. The very best part is that I don't wake up all groggy in the mornings. I can get up and jump right into answering emails, starting laundry or running errands. I'm not losing half of my day anymore and I'm getting a good night's sleep. This doesn't solve all of my problems, but it sure gives me a lot more time to work on the issues. I'm so happy that this product found me. It's in our medicine cabinet now.

I love Advil pm in general because whenever I’m sick, and can’t sleep these pills help. I literally go to sleep within 20 minutes of taking these and I’m knocked out til the morning time. Advil has always worked great for me in general when it came to being sick, or even just having a headache!

After a hard day working in the yard I was hurting and it was preventing me from getting to sleep.After taking Advil PM I was able to get a good night's rest.

It helped me get a restful night sleep. I definitely didn't feel tired in the morning and my back pain was gone. I definitely recommend this product if you have any pain and can't sleep. These Advil PM work quickly and have the added benefit of having a sleep agent. So rather than having to take two pills, you get the benefits of both in one! Great for nights when you have pain and can’t sleep because of that pain. 

okay so the few times I have taken this pill it has worked magic because it knocks me out completely, it is effective within an hour or some times less BUT my personal downfall is that for some reason every time I take it my heart rate goes up and it freaks me out because it feels like its about to pop out of my chest.

AdvilPM did help with that, but I was left with a fuzzy, medicine-head feeling the next day. Advil works great for my every day aches and pains during the day, and I was hoping for overnight relief as well (which it did), but I did not care for the after-effect the next day.
