[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Man, this couldn't of come at a better time. We were at the park with my daughter when I badly rolled my ankle/foot and heard a pop. It has been a few day since and the pain in still at a 6 and if I walk on it too much an 8. So at night is when I need relief to help me sleep. These do just that. I take the recommended does and after about 30 minutes I can feel the pain release and I drift off to sleep. These were great for my foot/ankle pain at night.

It seemed to help me quickly. My headache was gone within 30-45 minutes. The headache was done before I went to sleep. These are great.

I liked that I felt better within 30 mins of taking the caplets and didn't need to take anything the whole night. I also like that it helps you fall asleep and stay asleep. I took them shortly after dinner because the blue coloring will give me a stomach ache if I don’t. I fell asleep shortly after and woke up with next to nothing pain so it did the job.

It is a coated caplet, so it is very easy to swallow! The active ingredients are diphenhydramine and Ibuprofen, which is the perfect combination for a sleep aid that relieves pain. I highly recommended this product!

I took this after a long busy day hoping it would help ease the pain in my legs so allow me to lay down and rest. I don't feel like this helped at all. I was still hurting when I laid down making it hard to fall asleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This medication worked great, my incision site was painful and itchy and what more appropriate than Motrin and Benadryl together. Not sure when else I would take this combo other than if in pain and wanted to sleep.
