I use this occasionally when I have minor aches and pains that keep from falling asleep or staying asleep. It works like a charm everytime. Nothing helps me sleep like Advil PM, and I wake up without the tiniest "hangover" (which I always have the next morning when I use Niquil during colds). It's my sleep aid of choice. And I'm the type of person who doesn't get knocked out by most drugs, like Benadryl.
