It really helps you fall right asleep and get the pain relief you need to stay asleep the whole night! I would highly recommend it as a staple to keep in your medicine cabinet!

I take two pills before bedtime and within an hour; I am out like a light. It does a wonderful job of easing my aches and pains while allowing me to get a full night's rest. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part is they work! The ingredients include diphenhydramine and ibuprofen. So one helps me get to sleep and the other helps me have a pain-free sleep. I like the packaging, childproof lid but not too difficult to get open for the elderly.

I will buy the Advil PM for future pain relief where I'd also like to get a good rest. I would recommend Advil PM 8ct Vial if you do not take it regularly. It easily fits in a purse or pocket and is great while traveling.

Works like a charm. I only use when I have a headache or some other body ache when trying to sleep. As a former college athlete, I pretty much relied on this to get me to sleep when in pain! I prefer this over NyQuil or Melatonin because it does not make me feel drowsy when I wake up.
