I am a bird photographer and do trails not realizing how far I have walked and back. With this pill I am not even worried how far I walk because I know this pill would do its magic. I have been taking Advil for years switched to pm few years ago had back surgery few years back but really helps also with both shoulders with night time discomfort so I can get some sleep. I usually try and take two pills aboughtan hour before bed. I was having a real difficult time getting good night sleep.
