It’s a good pain reliever and nighttime sleep-aid to get recovery fast. You can find it any pharmacies as over the counter. But please remember to check with your doctor about Ibuprofen taken based on your health conditions. Don’t ever over dose it.

I have tried other products that seem to work much better, but I will try this again before I totally disregard it.

Okay so I've been in basketball for 2 years now & what can I tell you, theirs times were you just get home from a game or practice & well I mean being pushed & shoved hurts your bones & your whole body. What happens is that my leg & arm muscles always get tight & it hurts so bad but I always take an Advil & trust me the work so much then I do my night routine & wake up ready to go!

If I use this, I sleep like a rock while also having pain relief. I sometimes feel a bit sleepy the next morning, but never unmanageable. I like having this in my medicine cabinet when I need it.

I don't need to down three cups of coffee to get going. It's my favorite among the pain reliever/sleep enhancers because it feels the most mild to me. I don't take them all the time, but when I do it really helps. Would definitely recommend!
