It really helps you fall right asleep and get the pain relief you need to stay asleep the whole night! I would highly recommend it as a staple to keep in your medicine cabinet!

This product does help with slight pain and sleeplessness but, if you suffer from any form of Restless Legs Syndrome I'd advise not buying [product:advil-pm-caplets] . They greatly increase RLS and even at an average price, I won't be buying this product again.

It helped me get a restful night sleep. I definitely didn't feel tired in the morning and my back pain was gone. I definitely recommend this product if you have any pain and can't sleep. When I was having some serious back pain when sleeping at night, I would always reach for Advil PM. It helped me sleep soundly throughout the night and took care of my aching back. I would recommend not using them every night as my doctor did inform me sleep aids like this can become addicting.

These pills make you sleepy right away so I recommend taking them when you’re ready for bed. Also, they relive the pain symptoms right away.

Most of the time, healthy eating along with stretching, hydration and plenty of rest keep me making progress and improving from week to week. Every so often, though, I get a lingering soreness that needs more. Usually it's leg issue, and a single dose of Advil PM an hour before bedtime is all it takes to get me back to 100%.
