These really do what they say. I have osteoarthritis and sometimes have trouble sleeping because of the pain. These really do help alot.

This product takes long to become affective. I do take it when I have minor headache but When the pain is unbearable, Ibuprofen is the answer.

I take this when I have a bad headache and it's works within an hour making it easily for me to go to bed without having to wake up with head pain
