At night I have back pain at night and this helps me sleep soundly. I don't need it often but when I do this works really well.

I liked this product but the downfall of it is that it causes me to have restless legs for about 30 to 45 mins beforehand.

These are great when you’re in pain and you’re not able to sleep because of the pain. I take these when I just can’t take the pain any more.

These are great for nighttime back pain issues. I keep a box close by in my night stand. The liquid gels work pretty quickly.
