I use the Advil PM when I️ have a terrible headache and prevents me from sleeping. I️ drink this about an hour before I️ want to go to sleep, and it helps my headache go away and also helps me sleep.

The Advil PM are really good for when you want to go to bed but are in pain. When you take them takes about 30 to 45 minutes to fully kick in but you're not drowsy or loopy you feel the natural tired kick in
