I like to use these if I'm sore at night and can't sleep. It's very affordable and works wonders. It helps with aches and aids in sleep. You can buy this at just about any drug store. I buy them all the time.

I have used these plenty of times and they work great. If I have an ache or pain I always reach for these. They take a little bit if not all the pain away.

I rely on these after a long day on my feet!! They work fast and they help me comfortably fall asleep which is often hard to do after being on my feet for numerous hours. Would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These caplets were easy to swallow due to the coating. Ibuprofen works well for me for minor pains and the addition of diphenhydramine, which is also in Benadryl, is supposed to help you sleep.

Nothing works better for me if I'm in pain and can't sleep than this. It helps the pain and puts me to sleep and keeps me asleep. But I have to make sure I get at least 8 hours of rest or I will be groggy all day.
