I usually just take regular Advil & it works just fine but this is good to take at night if you want some relief & good sleep thru the night. I don't wake up with cramps in the middle of the night when I take this.

This is one of my go to pain relievers at bedtime. It doesn't make me drowsy but it helps me get some rest at night and relieve some of the pain if I'm sore or injured.

It works great because whenever I take it at night it lets me see throughout the entire night. Sometimes it's even worse too well and i sleep through my alarm but thats the only downside. This is great for pain relief or when you cant sleep.

Any product that can ease my pain AND help me sleep is a win win for me. I love this stuff. It was very effective and it doesnt make you feel groggy in the morning. I would definitely purchase it again!
