Helps me sleep like a baby, I really use this when I travel since I get so stressed out thag I get headache and then just want to sleep! So this is really the best for that

Great after a long days work with muscle and back pain. This will put you right to sleep. It's not addictive so it's not like you will need it every night

I mainly use them for "that-time-of-the-month" relief. For me, they work instantly. I used to have really bad cramps, but as long as I take a pill as soon as I first start to feel it, it will pass within 10 minutes.

When I sleep wrong the night before or am sore from a work out, I take advil pm before bed and I get the pain free rest I need. I keep it in my travel bag too so I can get sleep when on vacation.

I do not sleep thru the night without taking Advil pm. I like this product because it doesn't make me feel like like a zombie when I wake the following morning
