[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great for relieving pain. I have back issues that sometimes keep me up at night. This did help with the pain but it did not help ease me to sleep. It does have a sleep aid in it but it does not say what or how many milligrams of the sleep aid that is in it. Advil is a good pain reliever on its own. Personally I would just take regular advil since the advil pm gave me the same results as the regular one.

It helps you fall asleep and stay asleep all while easing aches and pains. Active ingredients include 200 mg ibuprofen, 38mg Diphenhydramine citrate, and a nonstereroidal anti-inflammatory drug. As always please follow the directions on the box.
