Love taking this when I'm feeling really sore. If that's the case, I know my sleep will suffer and I need something to treat both the pain and the need to sleep peacefully. I never wake up feeling groggy from this either!

So helpful when needing to sleep but suffering from any aches or pains. When I am not feeling my best I find it so hard to sleep. These can be lifesavers!

This is pretty awesome stuff. It definitely does what it says. It’s perfect for those nights when pains are keeping you awake. The sleep ingredient in it adds the relaxation effect so you can fall asleep easier while it gets rid of the pain.
