The best for when I have pain (headache, arthritis, anything really), and need to get some sleep. I don't feel drowsy the next day either. Perfect for me!

Helps with the nighttime pain, but causes jumpy legs for me. I thought it was other meds I was on, but did not take anything but these last night and it happened again. Unfortunately will have to try something without ibuprofen in it.

Great over the counter sleepaid, pain killer combination! It is comparable to its alternatives with the added bonus of pain relief. Fairly expensive but worth it. I would definitely recommend this to others!
