I take these at night when my back hurts or if I have a headache. They work well to help alleviate the pain. They help me sleep better when I have a headache or back pain. Better than most I have tried

This is good for minor headaches . It takes a while to start relieving the aches but when it does the pain is gone and I go right to sleep. If it's a seriouly bad headache it works sometimes
