[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked as expected. Sometimes I have leg pain that makes it hard to fall asleep but this worked well enough that I was able to fall asleep but not so strong that it irritated my stomach.

This is pretty awesome stuff. It definitely does what it says. It’s perfect for those nights when pains are keeping you awake. The sleep ingredient in it adds the relaxation effect so you can fall asleep easier while it gets rid of the pain.

Doesn't put me to sleep, but not much does. I only use it to help with the pain & it definitely does. I carry a travel size in my purse & also a huge bottle in the apartment. Always sharing with someone who is also in pain.

Works fast to relieve pain and swelling. Highly effective for tennis elbow and headaches. You can find this at your local drug or grocery store. It is fast compared to acetaminophen which gives a rebound headache.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve taken Advil most of my life for cramps because they work within 30 minutes. This is pretty much the same but made me sleepy because of the diphenhydramine and helped with my pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil but it gives you nightmares. I had awful sleep with this. I'm sensitive to medication, so that may not be common. It did help falling asleep, but I didn't stay asleep. Not for me.
