[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil PM works the best for me when I have a headache or my back is sore. It helps address the pain, but also helps me get a good nights sleep! I wake up feeling well rested and not groggy.

I am not huge on using medication but if i need soemthing i like using these pills. They help for pain and help me stay asleep through what I'm feeling.

I suffer from lower back pain due to an older mattress and until I can purchase a New one I take 1 of these before bed. I sleep thru the night and wake up pain free

Works great after a hard workout. When I'm ready to lay down but my body starts to protest. Works within an hour. Also helps me ease into a good night's rest.
