If I ever have a hard time sleeping, I use Advil pm. This does not begin to compare to off brands. It is extremely effective. I take it an hour before I know I want to be asleep. I always keep this in my medicine cabinet.

I use the Advil PM when I️ have a terrible headache and prevents me from sleeping. I️ drink this about an hour before I️ want to go to sleep, and it helps my headache go away and also helps me sleep.

Got to have my advil PM every night to ease my pain while I'm going off to sleep at night. Love my advil PM it's a great PM product without feeling bad the next morning.

This helps a lot, it does what it says it does. It is very effective, but of course you have to wait for it to work. It is very affordable, i feel like it's the right price. I am very satisfied, and I feel like I can recommend it.

These are fantastic when you are having trouble sleeping because of aches and pains. They put you right to sleep and the best part is they are non-addictive which is very important to me.
