During the time of my menstruation, I usually have lower back aches. Due to the pain, I cannot fall asleep. Advil PM takes the pain away and helps me fall asleep. I would recommend this to anyone. Great product. Works effectively. 

I guess except the fact that it can be super harsh on your liver, if you have a headache... these are the best way to go. Puts you to sleep and gets rid of the pain. Win/win.

These worked really to help me fall asleep. But I had terrible dizziness the next day that lasted most of the morning. Eating did not help only time did. It was worth it for the sleep but not worth the next day.
