Advil PM helps me a lot with menstrual cramps, definitely is a good cramping medication. My vibes tend to be super tender during my cycle, it's a must.

I have used Advil PM after running or working out hard and so sore I couldn't sleep uncomfortably. I don't use it too often because if I don't fall asleep right away I end up feeling very tired the next morning. But if I do it works great!
