I take this when I go hard In the gym or when my back hurts before bed. Unlike the night quil for sleep it doesn't leave me drowsy and it relieves my aches

I like to take advil if i have pain that isn’t too bad but i still need something to ease it. It’s effective and takes about 20-25 minutes to work! This is my second go to for aches and pains!
