I always keep a bottle of this stuff in my bag, and in my car. Advil is the best pain reliever for cramps and headaches, which I get very badly. It always works quickly for me. It's easy to get, and is in almost every drugstore.

These knocked me out! They are very good for putting me to sleep and relieving the pain at night. They are definitely worth the buy and I get them all the time for my joint pains.

Advil pm is the only thing that works for me. I'm not sure of it's the pain reliever itself or the combination of the sleep medication as well. But it has me feeling better within an hour or two depending on my pain.
