I used this for backache from driving long distances. Not only did I sleep restfully but didn't have to go to bathroom all night. Normally I am up 2-3 times. It has more benefits than just sleep and pain relief!

I tend to get headaches after long days. Taking it at night not only helps the headache but helps me sleep better. I like this better than normal headache medicine because it is the PM. I am definitely satisfied with this product!
