This is a great product for headache relief and rest. The effectiveness of the pain reliever was great. It pleasantly met my expectations for a pain reliever. I buy this product when I buy my groceries every week.

These caplets are great for relieving pain and also putting you to sleep. They are easy to swallow and it definitely gets you feeling sleepy after 20 30 minutes.

Great over the counter sleepaid, pain killer combination! It is comparable to its alternatives with the added bonus of pain relief. Fairly expensive but worth it. I would definitely recommend this to others!

Nothing works better for me if I'm in pain and can't sleep than this. It helps the pain and puts me to sleep and keeps me asleep. But I have to make sure I get at least 8 hours of rest or I will be groggy all day.

These were a LIFESAVER when I had a terrible cold this winter. I typically wake up 2 - 3 times a night when I'm healthy, but when I took one of these bad boys while sick, I slept the whole night through (stuffy nose and all).
