These work really well! When I have a headache I will take one and in about 10 or so minutes I can feel my headache starting to go away. These pm ones are nice to take because they help you sleep as well if that is a problem for you.

Sometimes I use to woke up in the middle of the night feeling strong pain, so using this medicine I can sleep like a rock!!! If you have terrible cramps this is a medicine that could be strong enough to help you.
