This product does everything it's supposed to do. Gets rid of your aches and pains after working out or just a headache but also helps you sleep amazingly at night, you may be groogy when you wake up though

I know a lot of people who swear by Advil PM to help them rest and sleep when they're in pain, but I've never found it to be super effective. I'm better off just taking regular Advil and a melatonin pill and I'll be asleep in no time.

I usually don't take medicine if I can help it, but I need my sleep at night! I find this formula really helps calm pain (mostly menstrual related for me) and I can get decent sleep.
