I always have had a problem going to sleep. I tired these one night and I was up all night. It made me fall asleep for about an hiur and then was up the rest of the night.

I only use the Advil Pm. Sometimes I take them just too sleep. They also work well if you have a toothache because you don't wake up in the middle of the night.

If I ever have a hard time sleeping, I use Advil pm. This does not begin to compare to off brands. It is extremely effective. I take it an hour before I know I want to be asleep. I always keep this in my medicine cabinet.
