I use these sometime at nights where I'm getting late night headaches or pain and they take away my pain and put me to sleep which is great for me it's the only pills I like to take at nights and I make sure I never go without them.

This is a great headache medicine to keep on hand for when you have headaches at night. They don't have caffeine like a lot of other kinds which I like.

This works pretty well but it has diphenhydramine which is basically benadryl. It's very drying to the nasal passages and throat. I use a humidifier to help.

This stuff knocks me out but I can only take it if I know I can sleep for a solid 10-13 hours. I never take it on a night before work or I'm painfully drowsy.
