I enjoy Advil PM for those nights that you can't seem to get to sleep because you aren't felling well. Ot kicks in Pretty fast only taking around 30 minutes which is awesome. I definitely keep this stocked in my medicine cabinet!

I like taking this product after a long running/training session. It helps with joint/muscle aches and the diphenhydramine is an added bonus to help me fall asleep.
