Better yet, I was able to get to sleep right away. I even slept through the night without waking up once. Not only did I wake up pain free, but I woke up refreshed with no grogginess.

It also helped me fall asleep and stay asleep as well. I did feel a little bit extra tired the next morning so maybe a half dose next time would be better. It is a coated caplet, so it is very easy to swallow! The active ingredients are diphenhydramine and Ibuprofen, which is the perfect combination for a sleep aid that relieves pain. I highly recommended this product!
