And when I get sick I get very bad headaches occasionally and the Advil p.m. was perfect in supporting my headache and aches and pains. I didn’t make me drowsy, it just took away the pain!

These actually work pretty well. The nighttime part is that it has a medication in it similar to the one in Benadryl to help you fall asleep easier. Unfortunately if you're a person that takes allergy medications or have a reaction to that medication it may end up making you hyper instead so proceed with caution.

I have used Advil (Ibuprofen) for over a year for most headaches. It works like a charm, better than any other medicine I've tried, even ones previous doctors have recommended (my current one does recommend Advil). When I was a kid, I used the children's Advil (chewable), and it still worked great. It didn't taste like grease, unlike most other children's medicine I had. Now as an adult, I still love it. I've never experienced any side effects, nor have I ever had any negative reactions to it. It starts kicking in super quickly, and the headaches don't tend to come back after I take a tablet of Advil. Overall highly recommended, not too pricey (especially for the amount of drug in each capsule and for the number of capsules in a container).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have given the Advil PM caplets a try an I am pretty impressed with them. They are easy to swallow, and always help ease my aches and pains. And there is just enough of a sleep booster in it to have me resting easy all night

The ibuprofen did help ease my pain, and the sleep aid was great. I didn’t feel knocked out, rather, it was a gentle drowsiness. I slept all night and woke up with no grogginess or hangover. I especially like that the pills are normal size. I had no stomach upset, and will keep a bottle on-hand for cases like this.
