Nothing would take my pain away. Until I took Advil Dual Action. I felt the pain easing until there was none. In a matter of minutes. I was still leery that this was only temporary. To my surpise I went with out a headache for a couple weeks. Which for me is great improvement. When my next headache came I just took more Advil Dual Action. Just like before my headache was gone. The rapid release effect is what really makes this an outstanding product that helps relieve pain very fast. My headache disappeared and I was able to carry on for about the next 6 hours until it started wearing off. For someone like me who works on a computer screen 8 hours a day and has a noisy toddler....I would purchase these. I wouldn't recommend it for migraine level pain but for normal headaches and everyday aches and pains I think its helpful!
