I have been doing this mix on my own for years! I mix 3 IB Profen and 1 tylenol.

MISLABELED !! Not 500mg/250mg BUT 250mg/125mg

Why are the directions for use not on label it's self instead of having to dig the label to get to them very frustrating.  I will try these for my arthritis pain and then send another rating
