I have the worst cramps around that time of the month and I've tried everything (Advil, Midol, heating pads, tea, hot baths, even pickle juice!) and nothing touched what the dual action Advil accomplished. I have two to my mom and sister each and they had the same experience. My mom's headache was gone within half hour and my sisters cramps greatly subsided as well. I saw the dual action Advil at Safeway and bought them all! I'm so happy that I discovered this product, it's truly changed my life.

I loved the dual action, I had a headache and took this Advil and within the following half an hour I was feeling much better. I definitely recommend keeping these in stock in your house for yourself and your family!

Beware that you will not need to take as many pills compared to what youre used to since these are a little stronger than your average ibuprofen or aspirin.

It gives you all of the relief that you need instantly and the best thing about it is that you have it on the go! It fit easily in my purse, so whenever I needed some relief, it was always on me. The dual action is awesome because it has two different types of medication that gives you what you need.

I've never been one to take medicine but I recently irritated my wrist that I sprained years ago and I have a 5 month old, so I need to be functioning lol. This has worked well to help with the pain that I have been experiencing. I think the combination helps as when I just take acetaminophen I do not tend to feel much relief.

I like how there are Tylenol and nsaids in this to help take away all the pain! It works well and the price is average

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im partial to Excedrin Extra Strength, but this might come in second! That means a lot coming from me. Ibuprofen is not my painkiller of choice but I know a lot of people who prefer it. I think the idea of combining acetaminophen and ibuprofen is really great - whatever you can do to cover all the bases for different types of pain! Ive taken it for headaches and it works well and pretty quickly.
