I would only crtique that the travel-sized bottle is not arthritis-friendly. You win some, you loose some - at least its child-proof. :)

I have the worst cramps around that time of the month and I've tried everything (Advil, Midol, heating pads, tea, hot baths, even pickle juice!) and nothing touched what the dual action Advil accomplished. I have two to my mom and sister each and they had the same experience. My mom's headache was gone within half hour and my sisters cramps greatly subsided as well.
