My go to headache medicine. These stay in my purse. The only thing over the counter that will touch my headache or any ache I have.

If you have a headache, take this and it will be gone in 15 minutes. The caffeine also helps you bounce back to normal.

I only take this when I have really bad headaches or when I'm having any kind of back to back headaches. Pretty good.

Best stuff ever. Only pain medication that works for me. Blows advil out if the water. Love that it has caffeine in it.
