I take this at least 4 times a week. My headaches were so bad nothing helped but this helps so fast and relieves so much pain.

Love to take this when I have a headache. It is very effective and helps with the pain. Affordable and you can get it at almost any store.

One of the best OTC meds for headaches. It doesn’t take too many of these to knock out a headache. Will continue using

use sometimes but use ibuprofen more. or tylenol.  ibuprofen works better i feel.  mostly all we use in our house.

Excedrin extra strength is the only way I get rid of a headache! It's definitely the best product out there!

Pills are a touch chalky but they take care of the average headache. Take 2 with a bottle of water and you'll feel much better.

Doesn't really stand up to my migraines but in a pinch, say I forgot my medicine, it will help a little bit combined with other things.
