[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be the best over the counter pain relief product for headaches on the market. I've had a couple of really painful headaches and this has been a life saver. Relief within half an hour. I can't recommend this product enough! 10/10.

Gift from God. Terrible pain in the left side of my head — Unbearable pain making it hard to concentrate while at work. With two pills and less than 30 minutes I was pain free! No more hoping a product will work! This works amazingly and in less than 30 minutes. I was able to get back to work without head pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrin Extra Strength knocked out my headache and knee aches within 30 minutes. The mix of asprin, acetaminophen and caffeine are very effective. This will come in handy for menstrual cramps as well. Recommend!

It works, but you do have to be aware of any added caffeine you decide to consume when taking these. Menstrual cramps, headaches, arthritis, toothaches...

I keep a container of these on me at all times just in case of a headache typically! I also use the migraine version and equally like both! These are super effective quickly and last for a long time at least for me. I can take one at the start of a headache and be good for the rest of the day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend excedrin, it came in a good package. I would suggest you consult your doctor before using it in case of any allergies. It was effective, and didn’t have any scent or smell. It worked amazingly.

I can't lie without Excedrin. But now your safety cap is keeping me from my relief. I hae two new bottles of extra strength (100 capsules) and I can't get them open. Pushing down and turning all I get is a seires of clicks and a locked bottle. What do you suggest? A hammer? Non-safety capbottles are not available in my area.

I don't get headaches often but when i do two of these bad boys come to the rescue like a hero. This is the only thing that helps me with my bad headache as long as i take it as soon as i feel symptoms starting.
